Registration Fees For Doctors and Residents: Includes two days of sessions, unlimited access to the exhibit hall, breakfasts,
lunches, breaks, and the Friday reception. Note: There is an additional $50 fee for on-site registration. | Registration Fees For Assistants: Includes Friday morning joint session with doctors, lunch,
exhibit hall entrance and afternoon assistants program.
Also included is the Friday evening reception. Workshop registration limited to 40. |
